A. Hold a public hearing and consider approval of a request to expand a nonconforming use as required by Section 18.104.22.168.C of the Denton Development Code (DDC). The approximately 3.1 acre site, commonly known as 2602 Lillian Miller Parkway, is located north of Hunters Ridge Circle and south of Southridge Drive, being further described as Lot 2, Block A, of the Wildwood Inn Addition. B. Hold a public hearing and consider approval of the reconstruction and occupancy of a structure damaged by fire containing a nonconforming use. The approximately 0.268 acre site, commonly known as 906-912 Kilkenny Court is located along Fort Worth Drive (US HWY 377) and approximately 375 feet southeast of Country Club Road being further described as Lot 3 of the Triangle Addition.
