A. Hold a public hearing and consider a variance from Section 184.108.40.206.B.1 of the Denton Development Code (DDC) regarding maximum height and effective area for ground signs and from Section 220.127.116.11.D of the DDC regarding maximum number of ground signs on a property. The approximately 0.72 acre site, commonly known as 712 Ft Worth Drive, is located on the west side of Ft Worth Drive, approximately 225 feet north of N I-35E and 375 feet south of Lindsey Street.
