3. CONSENT AGENDA: Staff recommends approval of the following items because they meet the requirements of the Denton Development Code. Approval of the Consent Agenda includes staff recommendations for approvals and authorizes staff to proceed. The Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the applications and has had an opportunity to raise questions regarding the items prior to consideration:
A. Preliminary Plat of Lot 1-3, Block A of the MD Adkins Second Addition. The subject property is approximately 8.010 acres in size and is generally located at the southeastern corner of Gay Drive and University Drive (US 380). B. Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the MD Adkins Second Addition. The subject property is approximately 1.364 acres in size and is generally located at the southeastern corner of Gay Drive and University Drive (US 380). C. B. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a Detailed Plan for a church and educational facility located within a Planned Development (PD-174) zoning district.
