3. CONSENT AGENDA: Staff recommends approval of the following items because they meet the requirements of the Denton Development Code. Approval of the Consent Agenda includes staff recommendations for approval and authorizes staff to proceed. The Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the applications and has had an opportunity to raise questions regarding the items prior to consideration:
A. Amending General Development Plan to meet the minimum intersection spacing of 400 feet for the Sherman Crossing Development. The 85.44 acre site is located at the southwest corner of Loop 288 and Sherman Drive. The site is located within three (3) zoning districts; Neighborhood Residential Mixed Use (NRMU), Neighborhood Residential 6 (NR-6) and Community Mixed Use General (CM-G).
