Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Techline, Inc., through the Lower Colorado River Authority Contract No. 6941, for the acquisition of electric maintenance, repair, and construction inventory for Denton Municipal Electric to be stocked in the Warehouse and at Denton Municipal Electric; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (File 8947 - awarded to Techline, Inc., in the five (5) year not-to-exceed amount of $6,000,000.00).

Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas establishing the schedule of rates for electric service; amending the Transmission Cost Recovery Factor Schedules to add rate schedule TCRF LL for a Transmission Cost Recovery Factor rate schedule for large load customers whose planned or actual single point of delivery meets or exceeds 20 megawatts; providing for a repealer; providing for a severability clause; and providing effective dates for this ordinance and the schedule of rates.
D. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Integrated Power Co., for transmission line construction and maintenance for Capital Improvement Plan projects for Denton Municipal Electric; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (CSP 8776 - awarded to Integrated Power Co., in the not-to-exceed amount of $67,990,000.00).
E. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Stuart C. Irby Company, LLC, for the purchase of high voltage circuit breakers for Denton Municipal Electric; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 8836 - awarded to Stuart C. A.
