After determining that a quorum is present, the Planning and Zoning Commission will convene a Work Session on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at
in the City Council Work Session Room at City Hall, 215 E. McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which time the following items will be considered:
NOTE: The Planning and Zoning Commission reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any item on its Work Session or Regular Session agendas at any time, consistent with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, including without limitation, Sections 551.071-551.086 of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
After completing the Work Session, the Planning and Zoning Commission will convene a Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Denton, Texas which will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 and will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 215 E. McKinney at which time the following items will be considered:
"Honor the Texas Flag - I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas one state under God, one and indivisible."
||Consider a Final Replat of Lots 1R and 2R, Block A of the Truck Staging Area Addition. The approximately 22.876 acre property is generally located on the west side of Interstate 35W, approximately 1,800 feet south of Airport Road and 1,200 feet north of Metro Street, within the O.S Brewster Survey, Abstract No. 56. ||Consider a Preliminary Plat of the Sherman Crossing Addition, Phase 1. The approximately 30.58 acre property is generally located on the southwest corner of North Loop 288 and East Sherman Drive (FM 428), within the S. McCracken Survey, Abstract No. 817. ||Consider a Final Replat of the Denton Center, Phase II. The approximately 17.027-acre subject property is generally located north of West University Drive (U.S. 380) and east of Hinkle Drive, within the Robert Beaumont Survey, Abstract No. 31. (FR15-0005, Denton Center Phase II, Mike Bell)
||Consider a Final Plat of the Hilltop Heights Addition. The approximately 7.2 acre subject property is generally located on the northwest corner of Hilltop Road and Macaway Drive within the M.
