After determining that a quorum is present, the Planning and Zoning Commission will convene a Work Session on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at
in the City Council Work Session Room at City Hall, 215 E. McKinney Street, Denton, Texas at which time the following items will be considered:
NOTE: The Planning and Zoning Commission reserves the right to adjourn into a Closed Meeting on any item on its Work Session or Regular Session agendas at any time, consistent with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, including without limitation, Sections 551.071-551.086 of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
After completing the Work Session, the Planning and Zoning Commission will convene a Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Denton, Texas which will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 and will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 215 E. McKinney at which time the following items will be considered:
||Consider approval of a Final Plat of Lots 1R-R1R, 1R-R5R, 1R-R2R, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 1 of the Denton Regional Medical Center Addition; being a re-plat of Lots 1R-R1, 1R-R5, and 1R-R2, Block 1 of the Denton Regional Medical Center Addition.¬† The approximately 69.194 acre property is generally located at the southwest corner of Colorado Boulevard and Mayhill Road.¬† The property is located within the Regional Center Commercial Neighborhood (RCC-N) and Regional Center Commercial Downtown (RCC-D) zoning districts. ||Consider approval of a Final plat for Lots 1R, 14, 15 & 16 of the Rayzor Ranch North Addition, being a replat of Lot 1 of the Rayzor Ranch North Addition. The approximately 48.267 acre property is generally located at the northwestern corner of Bonnie Brae Street and U.S. 380 (University Drive). The property is located within a Regional Center Commercial Downtown (RCC-D) zoning district and is further encumbered by the Rayzor Ranch Special Purpose Overlay District. ||Hold a Public Hearing and consider approval of an application for a Historic Landmark Designation for the property located at 903 W. Oak Street, and provide a recommendation regarding the appropriateness of the property to receive this designation to the City Council (HL12-0002, 903 West Oak Street, Nana Appiah)
