The event will be held on City property, Williams Trade Square, and on the Denton County Courthouse lawn on Saturday, September 20, 2014, from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. The exception is specifically requested to increase sound levels from 70 to 75 decibels and an extension of hours for amplified sound from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. Staff recommends approval.
