ID 18-479 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas amending the Fiscal Year 2017-18 Budget and Annual Program of Services of the City of Denton to allow for increases to: (A) the General Fund of $951,800 for the purpose of funding police facility and park improvement projects, (B) the Park Development Trust Fund of $288,000 for the purpose of funding park property enhancements, and (C) the Capital Improvement Program of $8,263,619 for the purpose of funding drainage, police facility, streets and parks capital projects; declaring a municipal purpose; providing a severability clause; providing an open meetings clause; and providing for an effective date.
