Consider a request for an exception to the Noise Ordinance to extend working hours for the purpose of Hodges and Associates, P.L.L.C. to pour concrete paving for the Rayzor Ranch Market Place construction on US 380. The contractors, Mario Sinacola and Sons, need to operate between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Sundays for the duration of the Hwy 380 widening project.
