(Z11-0006) The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval (7-0.) DUE TO THE OPPOSITION OF MORE THAN 20% OF THE LAND AREA WITHIN 200 FEET OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, A SUPER MAJORITY VOTE OF THE CITY COUNCIL WILL BE REQUIRED TO APPROVE THIS REQUEST.
