B. Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Denton and Denton County for Ambulance Services; and declaring an effective date.
C. Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Denton and Denton County for Fire Protection Services; and declaring an effective date.

Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute contracts through the Buy Board Cooperative Purchasing Network, Houston Galveston Area Council of Governments (H-GAC) and Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) for the acquisition of eleven vehicles, ten trucks, and two pieces of equipment for the City of Denton Utility Departments; and providing an effective date (File 4891-Purchase of Vehicles and Equipment for City of Denton Utility Departments awarded to numerous vendors for a total award of $2,582,948.96).
