CITY OF DENTON CITY COUNCIL
October 5, 2009

After determining that a quorum is present, the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas will convene in a Joint Meeting with the Denton Independent School District on Monday, October 5, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. in the North Branch Library Community Roon, 3020 N. Locust Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered:

1.	Call to order; announce quorum, introductions.

2.	Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding the status of the DCTA rail project.

3.	Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding planning for the H1N1 flu and cooperative efforts between various governmental agencies in Denton County.

4.	Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding the status of cooperative efforts for development projects of governmental entities in the City of Denton.

5.	Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding the CIP programs of both the city and DISD including the status of any specific sidewalk projects.
