After determining that a quorum is present, the City Council of the City of Denton, Texas will convene in a Special Called Work Session on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. in the Council Work Session Room at City Hall, 215 E. McKinney, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered:

1. Receive a report, hold a discussion and give staff direction on the 2010-11 City Manager's Proposed Budget, Capital Improvement Program, and Five-Year Financial Forecast.
