B. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace siding and trim on a detached garage at 1926 N. Bell Avenue. The subject property is located within a Neighborhood Residential 3 (NR-3) zoning district and the Bell Avenue Historic Conservation District. (COA13-0020, 1926 N Bell Avenue, Mike Bell)
