locck;ley update on hlc status and history, met wtih Property owner and business manager a week or so ago, follwoing the oct meeting, iin regards to changes to property, and staff beleived were continuing without proper approve from hlc or buildinng innspections dept. during that revelaed that property owner relaved will no longer be residents as twu students, will become faith house or church related facility, will host varies bible study and other events, that brought up a host of other issues form staff related to the use, not that it was a church, but bc of fire and building codes so folks can occupy that space in that maner. discussed what was needed and they met with contractor to see what the yneed to be toi meet the ada needs ann dother requirements. theyre accessing their costs to convert the residents to a church. lynn is there not zonuing change. lockley no bc a church is allowed in any zoning. lynn it isnt a church it is an auxillry function of a church, does it still follow. lockley yes as far of parking they have to meet that. laura anything done on the outside still has to come before us. lockely yes. we are waiting to hear back from them to see what they want to do with the site. legal felt important for us to have a broader discussion to discuss zoning requirements. for legal to weigh in ojn particular use etc. they ahve to suspend all activities on the site, have agreed to postpone all activites on the site for anythign going on. so we shouldnt have any issues with these vatious events. according to po most events held generated 25-30 students on the proeprty, their idea was that after the dedision was made to not allow anyone to reside there to turn it into a faith house, they began the programming of the activities to continue until they built a church on the property on property or across the street.

locck;ley update on hlc status and history, met wtih Property owner and business manager a week or so ago, follwoing the oct meeting, iin regards to changes to property, and staff beleived were continuing without proper approve from hlc or buildinng innspections dept. during that revelaed that property owner relaved will no longer be residents as twu students, will become faith house or church related facility, will host varies bible study and other events, that brought up a host of other issues form staff related to the use, not that it was a church, but bc of fire and building codes so folks can occupy that space in that maner. discussed what was needed and they met with contractor to see what the yneed to be toi meet the ada needs ann dother requirements. theyre accessing their costs to convert the residents to a church. lynn is there not zonuing change. lockley no bc a church is allowed in any zoning. lynn it isnt a church it is an auxillry function of a church, does it still follow. lockley yes as far of parking they have to meet that. laura anything done on the outside still has to come before us. lockely yes. we are waiting to hear back from them to see what they want to do with the site. legal felt important for us to have a broader discussion to discuss zoning requirements. for legal to weigh in ojn particular use etc. they ahve to suspend all activities on the site, have agreed to postpone all activites on the site for anythign going on. so we shouldnt have any issues with these vatious events. according to po most events held generated 25-30 students on the proeprty, their idea was that after the dedision was made to not allow anyone to reside there to turn it into a faith house, they began the programming of the activities to continue until they built a church on the property on property or across the street.

AS- what did the nieghborhood wnt, if the parking has to change can they complain to city about parkingg on street, noise ordinance. lockley the norise ordiancne would go into effect like residential use if party and someone being loud, AS what about interior of structure, at max could hold 30 ppl, peggy the fire would determine tha. conte it is setiup to hold 50 in the chapel, riggle the living room. conte yes. conte discussed other seating. lockely thursday nov 13th hosting a nieghborhood meetin, at the work session room 7 pm. riddle will the owners be present. lockley we requested them to be present.
