A. Consultation with Attorneys - Under Texas Government Code Section 551.071
Consultation with the City's attorneys regarding legal issues associated with
Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code Chapter 110 (Religious Freedom) where a
public discussion of these legal matters would conflict with the duty of the City's
attorneys to the City of Denton, the Denton City Council and the Historic Landmark Commission under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, or would jeopardize the City's legal position in any administrative proceedings or potential litigation.
The Historic Landmark Commission of the City of Denton will convene a regularly called meeting on December 8, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Work Session Room at City Hall, located at 215 E. McKinney Street, Denton, Texas 76201.
