A. Consider a preliminary application for Historic Landmark Designation for the property located at 515 Pearl Street, and provide a recommendation regarding the appropriateness of the property to proceed to a final application. (HL14-0001, 515 Pearl Street, Cindy Jackson)
B. Consider a preliminary application for Historic Landmark Designation for the property located at 619 Pearl Street, and provide a recommendation regarding the appropriateness of the property to proceed to a final application. The subject site is located within the Oak-Hickory Historic District. (HL15-0002, 619 Pearl Street, Cindy Jackson)
C. Consider a preliminary application for Historic Landmark Designation for the property located at 923 West Oak Street, and provide a recommendation regarding the appropriateness of the property to proceed to a final application. The subject site is located within the Oak-Hickory Historic District. (HL15-0003, 923 West Oak Street, Cindy Jackson)
D. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to modify the front porch railing of the house located at 902 West Hickory Street. The site is located on the north side of West Hickory Street, north of the intersection of West Hickory and Bernard Street within the Oak-Hickory Historic District. E. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a 936 square foot, unattached garage at the property located at 924 West Oak Street. A. Review and take action on the update to the Preservation Plan (Katia Boykin).
B. Review, hold a discussion, and take action on the City Council Historic Landmark Committee subcommittees.

D. Hold a discussion and take action regarding a proposed joint training session with the Denton County Historical Commission. (Peggy Riddle)
