B. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of replacement railing above a screened-in front porch located at 2003 West Oak Street. The subject property is located within the West Oak Area Historic District. (COA10-0034, 2003 West Oak Street, Johnna Matthews)

C. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the alteration of the exterior façade of the property located at 2026 West Oak Street. The proposed alterations include the replacement of trim wood, the removal of fretwork from the porch, the painting of trim, and the replacement of light fixtures and a ceiling fan.
