3. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for a Historic Landmark tax exemption authorization for the property located at 918 W. Oak Street within the Oak-Hickory Historic District. (COA12-0030, 918 W Oak Street, Cindy Jackson)
B. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to paint siding and trim at 424 Woodland Street. The subject property is located within a Neighborhood Residential 3 (NR-3) zoning district and the Bell Avenue Historic Conservation District. (COA12-0027, 424 Woodland Street, Michael Bell)
C. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the replacement and shifting of existing windows at 1035 W. Oak Street. The site is located within Neighborhood Residential 3 (NR-3) zoning district and the Oak-Hickory Historic District. (COA12-0029, 1035 W. Oak Street, Johnna Matthews)
D. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the removal of an existing accessory structure and construction of a new accessory structure. The request also includes the repainting of the building exterior, and an addition to the second floor of the house. The subject property is located at 716 W. Oak Street and is within the Oak Hickory Historic District. (COA12-0025, 716 W. Oak Street, Nana Appiah)

a. Review of administratively approved Certificates of Appropriateness.
b. Update of the Historic Resource Survey.

B. Update regarding the status of the Austin-Locust Street area, Laura Mauelshagen.
