A. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the painting of the front porch fascia, add dental trim to the front fascia, add shutters to windows, and extend the roof deck approximately 8 inches to allow a crown molding and dental trim to be added to fascia of the house. B. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the roof and paint trim at 916 W Hickory Street. The subject property is located within a Neighborhood Residential 3 (NR-3) zoning district and the Oak-Hickory Historic District. (COA13-0007, 916 W Hickory Street, Mike Bell)
4. OTHER BUSINESS:
