A. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and make a recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding an amendment to Section 35.7.6.8.D of the Denton Development Code pertaining to standard procedures for certificate of appropriateness review. (John Knight)
3. OTHER BUSINESS:
A. Hold a discussion and advise property owner of 424 Woodland Avenue regarding repair and restoration options.
B. Hold a discussion and advise agent of property owner of 1035 W Oak Street ("The Evers House") regarding the replacement of rotting wooden columns.
C. Consider approval and take action regarding the proposed 2013 Historic Landmark Commission meeting schedule.
D. Preservation officer's report:
a. Update on the Historic Resource Survey.
b. Review of administratively approved Certificates of Appropriateness.
E. Hold a discussion regarding the status of an Austin-Locust Street conservation district, Laura Mauelshagen.
F. Update on the Panhandle, Egan, Congress Area Neighborhood (PECAN), Michele Tangora Lynn.
G. Receive a report on the Rails to Trails project, Karen DeVinney
