2. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE HISTORIC LANDMARK COMMISSION MINUTES OF:

3. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. Consider a preliminary and final application for a Historic Landmark Designation for the property located at 903 W. Oak Street, and provide a recommendation regarding the appropriateness of the property to receive this designation to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. (HL12-0002, 903 W. Oak Street, Nana Appiah)
B. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for removal of existing overhead doors. The property is located within a Downtown Commercial General (DC-G) zoning district and is designated as a historic landmark (COA12-0007, 421 E. Hickory, Johnna Matthews).
C. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for a previous exterior alteration for a commercial site. The property is located within a Downtown Commercial General (DC-G) zoning district, is designated as a historic landmark and is registered with the National Register of Historic Places-Courthouse Square District (COA12-0008, 119 W. Hickory, Johnna Matthews).
4. OTHER BUSINESS:
A. Receive a report; hold a discussion and give staff direction regarding proposals received for the update of the Historic Resource Survey.
B. Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action regarding graffiti removal from historically designated properties.
C. Hold a discussion regarding the Texas Women's University's plans for expansion into the surrounding neighborhood.
D. Preservation officer's report:
a. Review of administratively approved Certificates of Appropriateness.
E. Update on the Panhandle, Egan, Congress Area Neighborhood (PECAN).
F. Update on the Rails to Trails project.
