2. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE HISTORIC LANDMARK COMMISSION MINUTES OF:

3. PUBLIC HEARINGS:

A. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the construction of a front open porch on an existing concrete slab. The subject property is located at 2003 N. Bell Avenue and is within the Bell Avenue Conservation District. (COA12-0016, 2003 N. Bell Avenue, Nana Appiah)

B. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for replacement of an existing fence along the perimeter of the Oakwood Cemetery. The subject property has a local historic landmark designation (Ord. No. 82-23; H-22) and is located north and south of Prairie Street, all west of Bradshaw Street and all south of Sycamore Street. (COA12-0017, Oakwood Cemetery, Erica Marohnic)

4. OTHER BUSINESS:

A. Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action regarding Fairhaven Nursing Home.

B. Hold a discussion regarding the Texas Women's University's plans for expansion into the surrounding neighborhood.
