B. Consider approval of a request for a Historic Landmark tax exemption for the property located at 903 W. Oak Street. (COA12-0022, 903 West Oak Street, Cindy Jackson)
C. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and make a recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding an amendment to Section 35.7.6.8.D of the Denton Development Code pertaining to standard procedures for certificate of appropriateness review. (Cindy Jackson)
5. OTHER BUSINESS:
A. Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action regarding Fairhaven Nursing Home.
B. Hold a discussion regarding the Texas Women's University's plans for expansion into the surrounding neighborhood.
C. Preservation officer's report:
a. Review of administratively approved Certificates of Appropriateness.
D. Update on the Panhandle, Egan, Congress Area Neighborhood (PECAN).
E. Karen DeVinney to present a letter to the Commissioners from the Denton County Historical Commission.
