2. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE HISTORIC LANDMARK COMMISSION MINUTES OF:
A. December 10, 2012
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the painting of the building exterior, replace front door of the house, existing roof shingles and gutters, and rebuild front door eyebrow and column to match each other. The property is located at 2033 West Oak Street and is within the West Oak Area Historic District. (COA12-0031, 2033 W. Oak Street, Nana Appiah)
4. OTHER BUSINESS:
A. Hold a discussion and advise agent of property owner of 1035 West Oak Street ("The Evers House") regarding the replacement of rotting wooden columns.
B. Preservation officer's report:
a. Update of the Historic Resource Survey.
b. Update of the Certificate of Appropriateness timeline ordinance revision.
C. Update on the Panhandle, Egan, Congress Area Neighborhood (PECAN). (Michele Lynn)
D. Update regarding the status of the Austin-Locust Street area. (Laura Mauelshagen)
