A. January 14, 2013
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. Consider waiving the one (1) year time limitation after a Certificate of Appropriateness has been denied by the Historic Landmark Commission, due to changed circumstances regarding the property located at 1035 W. Oak Street. The site is located within a Neighborhood Residential 3 (NR-3) zoning district and the Oak-Hickory Historic District (1035 W. Oak Street, Johnna Matthews)
B. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for the repair, removal/replacement and shifting of existing windows at 1035 W. Oak Street. The site is located within a Neighborhood Residential 3 (NR-3) zoning district and the Oak-Hickory Historic District (COA13-0001, 1035 W. Oak Street, Johnna Matthews).
C. Consider approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace and paint 13 windows and one door at 424 Woodland Street. The subject property is located within a

a. Update of the Historic Resource Survey.
