Hold a public hearing and consider approval of a variance from maximum height and effective area regulations for ground signs located along "All Other Streets" as required by Section 35.15.14.2.B.1 of the Denton Development Code (DDC). The approximately 12.79 acre site, commonly known as 4981 Barthold Road, is located south of Barthold Road, west of I-35 North, and north of FM 1173. The subject property is located within a Regional Center Commercial Neighborhood (RCC-N) zoning district. (ZBA12-0006, Wingfoot Commercial Tires, Mike Bell)

5. OTHER BUSINESS: None.

6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMSU: Under Section 551.042 of the Texas Open Meetings Act, respond to inquiries from the Zoning Board of Adjustment or the public with specific factual information or recitation of policy, or accept a proposal to place the matter on the agenda for an upcoming meeting.
