Hold a public hearing and consider a variance from Section 35.15.14.2.C of the Denton Development Code (DDC) regarding the required setback for the construction of a ground sign in a nonresidential zoning district. The approximately 2.3-acre site is located on Lot 2 of the Mayhill-Denton Addition and is approximately 350 feet northeast of the intersection of I-35 and Mayhill Road. The subject property is located within a Regional Center Commercial Downtown (RCC-D) zoning district. (ZBA12-0003, Monument Sign for Mayhill Plaza, Johnna Matthews)

B. Consider and approve the 2013 ZBA Calendar.
