A. Hold a public hearing and consider approval of a variance from maximum height and effective area regulations required by Section 35.15.14.2.B.1 of the Denton Development Code (DDC), for a certain proposed ground sign that the applicant proposes to install at a certain defined location located along I-35E, as required by Section 35.15.14.2.B.1 of the Denton Development Code (DDC) as set forth in the application proposal. The approximately 23.57 acre site, commonly known as 2201 S I-35E, is generally located northeast of S I-35E, northwest of Loop 288, west of Colorado Boulevard, and south of San Jacinto Boulevard.
