4. PUBLIC HEARINGS:

A. Hold a public hearing and consider approval of a variance from Section 35.5.1.3 of the Denton Development Code (DDC) regarding minimum lot area in the Rural Residential 5X (RD-5X) zoning district. The subject property is located approximately 1,300 feet north of Allred Road at 4637 South Bonnie Brea Street (ZBA13-0012, Michele Berry).

5. OTHER BUSINESS:

A. Discussion of future training items.

6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMSU: Under Section 551.042 of the Texas Open Meetings Act, respond to inquiries from the Zoning Board of Adjustment or the public with specific factual information or recitation of policy, or accept a proposal to place the matter on the agenda for an upcoming meeting.
