3. PUBLIC HEARINGS:

A. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding an amendment to the Central Business District Boundaries to correspond with the Downtown Implementation Plan Boundaries. (DCA13-0002, Brian Lockley)

B. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to the City Council regarding an amendment to Section 35.13.7.B.2 of the Denton Development Code (DDC) pertaining to landscape maintenance standards. (DCA12-0002, Nona Elaine Muncie)

C. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow an expansion of a "Basic Utility;" a DME Substation, to an adjacent lot. The approximately 5 acre property is located on the north side of Pockrus Page Road and directly west of the existing DCTA rail line. The site is located within a Regional Center Commercial Downtown (RCC-D) zoning district. (S13-0002, DME Pockrus Page Substation, Johnna Matthews)

4. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Under Section 551.042 of the Texas Open Meetings Act, respond to inquiries from the Planning and Zoning Commission or the public with specific factual information or recitation of policy, or accept a proposal to place the matter on the agenda for an upcoming meeting.
