B. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a rezoning from Employment Center Industrial (EC-I) to a Neighborhood Residential 6 (NR-6) zoning district on approximately 8.830 acres. The subject property is generally located North of University Drive (US 380) and East of Loop 288. (Z12-0009, Spring Valley Estates, Nana Appiah)
C. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding the removal of approximately 0.48 acres of land from the Rayzor Ranch Overlay District.
