3. PUBLIC HEARINGS:

A. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding amending Subchapter 3 "Procedures" of the Denton Development Code by adding Section 35.3.13 "Development Criteria Manual Procedure" establishing the criteria for amending the Development Criteria Manuals and by amending Section 35.3.4.A. adding a new action item that is required to follow the Zoning Amendment Procedure. (DCA12-0006, Criteria Manuals Amendment, P.S. Arora)

B. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to the City Council regarding amending Subchapters 35.16.19 and 35.22 of the Denton Development Code concerning the adoption of the Gas Well Ordinance Phase II revisions. (DCA12-0005, Gas Well Ordinance Phase II Revision, Darren Groth)

C. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to the City Council regarding amending Subchapter 35.3.8 of the Denton Development Code concerning the adoption of the vested rights determination revisions. (DCA12-0007, Vested Rights Determination Ordinance, Darren Groth)

4. OTHER AGENDA ITEMS:

A. Consider approval of the 2013 Planning and Zoning Commission calendar.

5. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Under Section 551.042 of the Texas Open Meetings Act, respond to inquiries from the Planning and Zoning Commission or the public with specific factual information or recitation of policy, or accept a proposal to place the matter on the agenda for an upcoming meeting.
