The approximately 45.779 acre property is located on the south side of Ryan Road, west of Teasley Lane within the Eli Picket Survey, Abstract No. 1018. B. Final plat of Lots 5A and 5B, Block 1, Clear Ridge Addition, being a replat of Lot 5, Block 1, Clear Ridge Addition. The 68.507 acre site is located on the south side of Elm Bottom Circle, in the J. Douthit Survey, A-329. The property is located within the City of Denton’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.
