3. CONSENT AGENDA: Staff recommends approval of the following items because they meet the requirements of the Denton Development Code. Approval of the Consent Agenda includes staff recommendations for approvals and authorizes staff to proceed. The Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the applications and has had an opportunity to raise questions regarding the items prior to consideration:

The approximately 1.07 acre property is generally located on the west side of Dallas Drive, approximately 220 feet north of Alegre Vista Drive and is within the Downtown Commercial General (DC-G) zoning district. The subject property is generally located on the east side of Hinkle Drive, approximately 975 feet north of West University Drive (U.S. 380). (Z15-0009, Movie Tavern, Mike Bell). THIS ITEM HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN.
A. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a rezoning from Neighborhood Residential 4 (NR-4) to Community Mixed Use General (CM-G) on approximately 1.033 acres.
