The approximately 17.4 acre subject property is generally located on the North Side of Bishop Pine Road and Approximately 430 Feet East of Key Largo Court, within the Gideon Walker Survey, Abstract No. 1330. B. Consider a Final Plat of Lots 1 – 5, Block A of the Sprouts Addition. The approximately 7.02 acre subject property is generally located at the northwest corner of Teasley Lane (FM 2181) and Hickory Creek Road within the Eli Picket Survey, Abstract No. 1018. The approximately 13.953 acre subject property is generally located on the West side of Teasley Lane and approximately 1700 Feet North of Ryan Road, within the C.
