3. CONSENT AGENDA: Staff recommends approval of the following items because they meet the requirements of the Denton Development Code. Approval of the Consent Agenda includes staff recommendations for approvals and authorizes staff to proceed. The Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the applications and has had an opportunity to raise questions regarding the items prior to consideration:

A. Conveyance Plat of Lot 1, Block 4 of the Rayzor Ranch South Addition. The 4.095 acre site is located at the northeast corner of Scripture Street and Interstate Highway 35 (I-35). The property is located within a Regional Center Commercial Downtown (RCC-D) zoning district as modified by the Rayzor Ranch Overlay District. B. Preliminary Plat of Plan-It Self Storage, Lot 1, Block A. The approximately 6.08-acre site is located on the east side of Blake Street approximately 400 feet south of the intersection of Russell Newman Boulevard and Blake Street. C. Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A of the Yorlum Addition. The approximately 19.614 acre property is located on the east side of Masch Branch Road, approximately 971 feet south of the intersection of Masch Branch Road and U.S. 380/W. University Drive.
