E. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Blink Network LLC, for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure for the Environmental Services and Sustainability Department; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 8297 - awarded to Blink Network LLC, in the three (3) year not-to-exceed amount of $228,500.00).
G. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with SAE Towers LTD, for the purchase of galvanized steel transmission poles, anchor cages, and associated hardware for Denton Municipal Electric; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 8270 - awarded to SAE Towers LTD, in the not-to-exceed amount of $5,609,888.00).
A. Consider approval of the October 9, 2023 minutes.
B. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton to declare the intent to reimburse capital program expenditures of General Government ($115,883,425), the Solid Waste Utility ($7,080,000), the Water Utility ($82,751,072), the Wastewater Utility ($55,960,396), and the Electric Utility ($82,549,689) with Tax-Preferred Obligations (Certificates of Obligation and General Obligation Bonds) with an aggregate maximum principal amount not to exceed $344,224,582; and providing an effective date.
C. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas authorizing the expenditure of funds for the payment of wholesale transmission charges in the total amount of $7,064,597.73, and providing an effective date.
D. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Felix Construction Company, for the Robson Ranch Water Reclamation Plant Lift Station Conversion Phase I for the Water Utilities Department; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (CSP 8250 - awarded to Felix Construction Company, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,962,148.20).
