After determining that a quorum is present, the Economic Development Partnership Board of the City of Denton, Texas, will convene in a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Development Service Center Training Rooms 3, 4, and 5 at 401 N. Elm Street, Denton, Texas at which the following items will be considered:

A. Consider approval of the February 12, 2025 minutes.

B. Consider recommending adoption of an Ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a contract between the City of Denton and the Denton Chamber of Commerce by consent of both parties, not to exceed an amount of $150,000, to provide funding for programming to promote economic development, providing for the expenditure of funds therefore; and providing for an effective date.

A. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction to reallocate expiring economic development incentives to the Catalyst Fund contingent on annual budget evaluations and general fund status for a maximum of $9 million.
