1. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of Change Order No. 3 to the contract between the City of Denton and Jagoe-Public Company, for the Eagle Drive Drainage Improvements Phase II Project; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (IFB 6792 - Change Order No. 3 in the not-to-exceed amount of $176,949.73 for a total contract award aggregated to $2,299,683.93).
B. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Quality Pole Inspection and Maintenance, Inc., for electric distribution pole inspection and treatment services for Denton Municipal Electric; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 6993 - awarded to Quality Pole Inspection and Maintenance, Inc., in the five (5) year not-to-exceed amount of $235,315).
C. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Cotton Electric Services, Inc., for the supply of Dielectric Safety Glove and Sleeve Testing Service and Replacement for Denton Municipal Electric; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 7117 - awarded to Cotton Electric Services, Inc., for two (2) years, with the option for three (3) additional one (1) year extensions, in the total five (5) year not-to-exceed amount of $275,000).
D. Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Azteca Systems, LLC, for software maintenance for continued vendor support for Cityworks software for Water and Wastewater Departments asset work order software system, which is the sole provider of this software, in accordance with Texas Local Government Code 252.022, which provides that procurement of commodities and services that are available from one source are exempt from competitive bidding; and if over $50,000 shall be awarded by the governing body; and providing an effective date (File 7185 - awarded to Azteca Systems, LLC in the one (1) year not-to-exceed amount of $88,000).
