Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for an Automotive Fuel Sales use on approximately 2.46 acres of land, approximately located on the southeastern corner of Glenngary Way and East McKinney Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas. B. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by McAdams to rezone approximately 5.36 acres of land from Rural Residential (RR) District to General Office (GO) District. The subject property is generally located on the north side of Barthold Road, approximately 2,580 feet west of N. Interstate 35 in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.; adopting an amendment to the City’s official zoning map; providing for a penalty in the maximum amount of $2,000.00 for violations thereof; providing a severability clause and an effective date.
