B. D. E. Hold a public hearing and consider an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA), in accordance with Section 2.9.2 of the Denton Development Code, to add a balcony access and railing at 607 Pearl Street, a local historic landmarked property located within the Oak-Hickory Historic District (OHH). F.
